Order processing

Please allow 2-4 business days to process your order. Expect an email within this timeframe to let you know your order is on its way.


Flat rate shipping

Orders are generally shipped within 2-5 business days using the Romanian National Post for international orders or Fan Courier for domestic orders.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Art by Madalina is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. Art by Madalina is not responsible for delays due to customs.


Estimated delivery time

  • Domestic (within Romania): 2-5 business days.

  • European Union: 7-25 business days.

  • Everywhere else: 10-25 business days.

Please note: The delivery time is estimated, and we cannot guarantee it, nor do we have any control over it. During holidays, promotional campaigns, or peak seasons, the estimated time can be longer due to increased shipment volumes.


Refunds, returns, and exchanges

  • Returns: We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order value minus the shipping costs for the return.

  • Damaged Items: In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at artbymadalina@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work towards a satisfactory solution.
